1. From the phone itself, Go to the home screen
2. Tap on Menu Button (on the left side of the Home Key Button
3. Tap on settings
4. Tap on Applications
5. Tap on usb settings- AT&T Samsung Captivate i897 info
6. Select mass storage and go back again to the home screen.

**After doing that steps, connect the phone to the computer.

No follow these steps on your phone:

1. Go to home screen
2. Press on menu
3. Go to notifications
4. Press on usb connected
5. SELECT MOUNT. AT&T Cell Phone Problems and Solutions

***and now it’s ready for transferring of files.
