1. Pull the battery out for a few seconds and replace

2. then whilst holding down the volume up button and the menu button together

4. then release all 3 buttons.hopefully the phone will enter into ‘Recovery mode’

5.From here use the volume buttons to select reset, and press the menu button to select this option.
