If you are unable to sync MP3 music files from your PC to your AT&T Samsung Captivate (i897) phone, don’t worry, here we share the tutorial on how to load songs that you like from between your PC and samsung Captivat, just do exactly as the steps below: AT&T Cell Phone Problems and Solutions

1. Connect the Samsung Captivate to the PC via the USB data cable.
   NOTE: If connection type options are offered, tap USB Drive.
2. Pull down the Notifications bar.
   
3. Tap USB Connected. AT&T Samsung Captivate i897 info
   
4. Tap Mount.
   
5. The PC will identify the device as a “Removable Disk”.
   
6. Open the folder in which the music is stored, drag and drop to the desired location on the device.
   

NOTE: At this time, Bluetooth music file transfer is not supported. Also there are some requirement that you need to meet the method, firstly the usb driver is only compatible with Windows 2000 or later OS, but not compatible with Mac OS X. Secondly, A MicroSD card (sold separately) and USB data cable are necessay. Thirdly, the Captivate i897 only supports .wma, .aac or .mp3 format such as music or songs.
