I love my pantech pursuit but there is only one problem for me. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SET A SPECIFIC CONTACT THEIR OWN RINGTONE! I haven鈥檛 figured this out and it is not in the manual (that I have found). Does anyone know how to do such a simple task?

Okay so it鈥檚 fairly easy, but annoying, like you said.
    1. Go to any contact and tap it.
    2. when the menu comes up, tap the icon that looks like a person sitting next to a menu.
    3. then along the top there are more icons that come up. tap the one that is a wrench sitting by a tool box.
    4. then tap edit along the bottom of the phone.
    5.then tap ringtone
    6. then audio
    7. from there choose a ringtone for that person. YAY

NOW can you tell me how you made a ringtone that is UNDER 300KB? or are you using the ones that come with the phone?
