How to fix AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G WiFi Issue

Today when I try to connect my Samsung Infuse 4G phone for AT&T with my home network via the WiFi, sadly I鈥檓 told that I can鈥檛 get the wifi to connect on my home network. I have turned on the WiFi and set it correctly on my Samsung infuse phone, also I can enable the wifi work with my office network. what鈥檚 so Puzzling problem! AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G info

Then I call AT&T to ask for help, but I was told it is because that my network is not unstable, well, this is just the reason? I don鈥檛 believe it. So I search the answer online, fortunately, I find one user share the solution for us, and I try the method on my phone, finally I sucess to enable connect the WiFi on infuse 4G to a network. Actually, the fixs is very simple, just follow the steps below:

1. With the wifi on go to settings

2,wifi settings

3. Press the menu button and select “advanced”

4.The MAC address will be listed, copy or remember the MAC address

5. When connect your phone with the Network via WiFi, manually enter the phone鈥檚 MAC ID onto the allowed Devices list in the router,

then It鈥檚 all good.Hope this works for you!
