How to enable the HSUPA on AT&T Samsung Focus for AT&T after NoDo update

It seems that the NoDo update released by AT&T for LG Quantum and Samsung Focus in addition to bring the two last mentioned exclusivity, it also shielded the HSUPA networks of Samsung Focus. 鈼 From the number-dial screen:
鈼 Enter ##634#
鈼 Diagnostics screen should open.
鈼 Enter *#32489#
鈼 Test mode screen should open.
鈼 Press back at the bottom. (bottom right, not the phone鈥檚 back button)
鈼 Press 5 for RRC (HSPA) control.
鈼 Press 1 to view what yours is set at.
鈼 Press 2 to change it.
鈼 Press 3 to change to Release 6 HSDPA/HSUPA.
鈼 Press to confirm.
