AT&T blackberry bold 9900 4G won’t enable NFC capabilies

AT&T blackberry bold 9900 4G wonÕt enable NFC capabilies

At the mid of June, the blackberry bold 9900 for AT&T was leaked to support NFC capabilie and AT&T 4G netwlork. Sadly, recently it is rumored that AT&T may be crippling its version of the Bold 9900. According to “an insider in a position to know” speaking with TechnoBuffalo, AT&T will be blocking the 9900′s NFC capabilities at the software level. That means that, if this info is accurate, the 9900′s NFC chip will be left intact, but you won’t be able to use it unless the capability is unlocked later on.

Personally, Hopefully this is not ture, as we known the blackberry bold series smartphones are always wonderful, especially if it supports NFC capabilies, I think it should be perfect. I will go to buy one att blackberry bold 9900 for my son if it enables NFC.
