It’s official, today AT&T finally introduces the new Window Phone 7 smartphone - HTC HD7S for us, and to set the release date for HTC HD7S on June 5 for $199.99 with two year agreement. The HD7S is very similar to the HD7, but it is upgraded to a Super LCD 4.3-inch touch display.

The smartphone another attraction is powered by the new upgraded Windows Phone7 OS, its feature is added the copy and paste functions, to provide better performance, as well as other new features. including: a built-in 5.0 MP camera with dual LED flash and auto focus, and provides a 720P HD video recording capabilities. And in addition to a built-in 576MB RAM and 512MB ROM, the handset also is equiped with a 1GHz QSD 8250 processor.
