Today some Samsung infuse 4G owners thread a post on AT&T Forums to tell us that they have gotten a small 8MB OTA software update for the att Infuse 4G. But this update is not the android 2.3 Gingerbread update people have been waiting,it only comes with some improvements and minor repairs for the Samsung Infuse, including:

1.The firmware Version on infuse 4g is updated to 2.2.1

2. Resolves intermittent e-mail sync issues with Exchange 2003 servers

3. Update to the AT&T Address Book terms and conditions

4. Security improvements
5.Network selection fix. AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G info
6.Critical Must Know/Must Do

The Samsung infuse 4G update is availbale via the over-thе-air, directly go to the set> About phone> system updates upgrade to check whether the update comes to your phone. Sadly to see that the update doesn’t fix the browser lock the phone issues.
