Q: How to setup speed dial/shortcuts for contacts on your AT&T LG Quantum (C900)?

A：You can add speed dial/shortcuts of your contacts in the form of ‘Tiles’ on your start screen; when the ‘Tile’ is tapped you will have the ability to quickly call, text or email your contact. AT&T Cell Phone Problems and Solutions

To add a ‘Tile’ select ‘People’ (windows phone 7 contact application) from your applications list (found by swiping right to left from the start screen). Once in ‘People” open a contact you want to create a ‘Tile’ for then select the push pin icon located on the bottom of the screen.
