PocketNow website claimed that they received a memo from Microsoft insider.The memo reveals the Microsoft set the September 30th as “ban date” and plan to the announce the release date of  Windows Phone 8 smartphones.
PocketNow speculates that the  September 30th is not the launch date of Windows Phone 8 mobile phone, but the date Microsoft announced when the new  Windows Phone 8 will be firstly available on sale.
September 30th is a Sunday, Microsoft choose such a day to publish the related information of Windows Phone 8 is  a bit unusual.
According to PocketNow, Microsoft planed to post the related infors on Sunday Evening , so Windows Phone 8 news  will impact the headlines on Monday.
