It seems that  Sonyhas been ready to seize the US market, this Monday Sony officially released the unlocked version of Sony Xperia S, P, and U in US,  the three models belong to the Sony Xperia NXT android smartphones, and they cross the entry-level to high – end , and available in different colors for customers to choose . Firstly, Xperia U providers users with a  1GHz   dual-coreprocessor , it has 512 MB of  ​​RAM , 8GB internal memory. also it is equipedw with a 5 .0 MP camera to support 720p HD video recordind, as well as a front camera . This handset is pre installed with  Android 2.3 gingerbread OS , designed with 3.5 inches display  with revolution of 854×480 pixels. All three devices run the android 2.3 GB OS, However , Sony has said they will release the android 4.0 ICS upgrade for these smartphones in later Q3.
