How to unlock my at&t Lg Neon Te365? I guess there must be many lg neon users have the sams problem like me . i want to know it is possible to unlock the lg neon or not. If we can, then how to unlock it. I try to聽 look for the answer in Internet, but I can’t find any anwer. I hope if someone has unlocked your lg neon, how do you do it? May I have to get Lg Neon unlock code and the 16 dig Code?

enter *#06# and a code will appear the first 15 characters will be ur IMEI Code write it down and call att technical support and give them your IMEI in exchange for ur unlocking code once you get your code enter *#865625# then it will go to unlock SIM mode the enter your unlocking code if u fail this 10 times ur phone will be permently locked.
mmm what do u mean by the unlock code???… is this a special code used for each IMEI… or its just the basic unlock code in all the lgs which i think is the last 4 digits of the cellphone number???

You may not carefully lock it, so you have to go AT&T stores to unlock it
About the PUK code…
I had the same problem with my phone. You have to call into att from a different phone and tel them that you ned your PUK code for that phone. Then they will give you one.
This code changes every month
i lost the box of my phone then at the morning i try to go to settings and i press pin code bla bla bla bla and press some numbers and it came on in code error and i really am so scared i seached in the internet its what im doing now its 6:15 here now but i try to suffered then but i cant find puk code for mine goodluck for the one who is trying to find puk code
try 0000 it worked for me.

go to a cell shop not the store and for $25.00 you will have a unlocked phone

about the PUK i went to the Att store where i live the got the imei number out the back of my phone and then tyhey typed it onto nmy computer and they put it in and bam my lg works again… lolz

Log in to your myWireless Account.
Select My Services under My Account.
From the My Services screen, select My Phone/Device.
Select Unblock SIM Card.
The Unblock SIM screen will display your PUK code.
You have to call att’s customer service. Simply dial 611 from your handset. You can only get the subsidy unlock code from AT&T if: (1) you’ve been a customer for at least 6 months; (2) your phone is AT&T branded. If your phone is not at&t branded and you’re using at&t sim, they cannot provide you the unlock code.

You have to call at&t customer service and give them the imei code off your phone and they will give you the unlock code free. Everyone cant use the same unlock code because every phone has its on. They dont charge you anything so just call customer service from another phone and tell them you want to unlock it and they will take it from there : ) i done this earlier today so i know : )
ok… these stupid codes… how can this company honestly expect to keep a customer base if they dont give their customers these codes that their phones require!?!?!?!?!?!

do what i did. call the at&t number and tell them you need the unlock code for ur phone for international travel. make sure u have some proof of purchace of ur phone to fax to them. they will call u the next day after u fax the info over to them and give u instructions and the unlock code and BAM u have an unlocked phone for any GSM carrier.

When it comes to codes dont be affraid to contact your cell phone company. puk code is a code to your sims card that is inside your phone a unlock code is a code set to lock your phone to a pacific provider like at&t tmobile etc. unlock codes are not interchangable meaning you can not use some one elses unlock code on your phone. The unlock code is set for your imei # only. If you call your cell phone provider and tell them you are sending the phone to a friend in london or some where over seas or your going there your self and that you need the unlock code for your phone they will provide it to you free of charge. to find your imei look on the sticker under the battery or dial *#06# just like you would be placing a call and it will pull up your imei number on any type of phone. Your cell phone provider has both puk and unlock codes for your phone. If your phone is locked with a password you set and forgot the provider will give you instruction on how to reset the phone and remove the lock. Like I said dont be affraid to call a cell phone provider for codes. The worst they can do is say NO or we cant do that.

Okay, so I have a totally different situation. I have T-mobile service and my phone broke. I have this LG neon from when I had AT&T in the past. I need to get a SIM unlock code, but Im not sure how to do it. Should I call AT&T and tell them that I got the phone off of ebay with a sim card in it and its asking for the code? Or should I tell them that I had their service in the past? Please help me out.

I just called AT&T and gave them my IMEI number and asked for the unlock code. As long as you follow the first step in the article it will bring you to the screen to enter your IMEI and the unlock code.
DONT PRESS ANYTHING ON UR FONE ANYMORE!! umm if u signed up for an online att accnt u can unlock it online which is easier. IF U DIDNT CALL 1-800-331-0500 press 0′s so they can send u to a person and not them machine thingy U asked them for the PUK code and they will tell yhu (: and if u dont have an online accnt then MAKE ONE ASAP (when u get ur fone fixed make one u finna need it for later on) Hope that info helps.

I have an issue where i had bought a phone from a friends parent who had a couple extras and it had a password not a subsidy unlock or a puk just a user password and havent been able to get past that screen it wont allow for me to type any numbers for it without telling me its locked. i was able to bypass the lock screen by mashing buttons on the boot up which allowed for me to actually enter numbers. which sequence of numbers is the secret menu for the neon and does anyone know what i pressed to bypass the boot to a dial out screen? Much appreciated in advance
Yeah, my bestfriend is givinn me her LG Neon and she kind of fogot the freakin’ passcode that you have to have to actually use the phone. Just Wondering, wtf do I do? She’s tried everything, and I think i’m just gonna call AT&T today…
