Problems with AT&T Quickfire Cell Phone

I have an at&t quickfire. When I went to “Settings” on my phone, I then went to “Bluetooth” then onto

“Supported Services” and it shows that nothing is supported. But it should have showed “Headset” “Stereo

Headset” “Handsfree” “Dial Up Networking” “A/V Remote Control” or  “Serial Port” such Icons.Which is I have

seen on AT&T quickfire user manual. Is there anyonw know how do I fix this?

Those are just a LIST of things your phone supports. For some reason I thinked they use a grey font color…thats all! It doesnt hightlight when actual feature connection is established as far as I know. This list doest not tell you if a feature is currently running…it just tells u what your phone can do, nothing more.

A friend of mine gave me her quickfire about a month ago and she told me that it doesn’t save numbers very well for example: if my phone is shut off or dies it deletes all of my numbers and the last time i tried to save them it said “phone memory full”.

    Any suggestions?
