I can confirm that Best Buy accepted my pre-order this morning (in-store) at their Oro Valley location in Arizona. I was required to purchase a $50 gift card to hold my pre-order, but she said that the gift card can be used for anything, not just the iPhone. Now I just have to try and count the seconds until the 19th!
