A couple week ago we just reported that AT&T Version of Sony Xperia ion lanuched in January would be coming out  on June 24th,  it is priced at $99.99 with 2 year contacts, and $449 without contact via AT&T stores.  Today according to the latest news from AT&T, the Xperia ion now is available on sale as scheduled, but currently there is only the black version.
The Sony Xperia ion is designed with a 4.6 -inch 720p HD Reality display, pwoered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processors  with 16GB storage, also the handset is equiped with Mobile BRAVIA Engine , a 12 million pixel main camera with  Sony  Exmor R  sensors, supports for  1080p video recording, in addtion, it  comes with a 1.0 MP front camera with 720p , HDMI output , the att Xperia ion supports DLNA and 4G LTE network, also it supports MicroSD card expansion.
The hardware configuration of att Sony Xperia ion is excellent . Unfortunately, the device  didn’t run the  latest Android 4.0 operating system,  but it works with the  Androi d 2.3.7  OS, and it is expected to be upgraded to the latest 4.0 version. Judged from  Sony Xperia ion’s features , Xperia ion is a very good choice , it should be very popular with most of customers.  But now the reasons why  user to choose it  were more full,  Sony and Best Buy recently launched a forcefull discount on this new att 4g smartphone: go to buy the Xperia ion via Besy buy, you just need to pay nly $ 49.99 for it with  two-year contract.   In fact, as a high-end Android Smartphone, the contract price of $ 99.99 is very attractive, and now Sony and Best Buy offers a  50% discount promotion,  it seems that the sales of  Sony Xperia ion is bound to surge for a while.
