Micro SIM cards for the iPad and iPhone appears in AT&T stores
According to BGR and Engadget, we are told the Micro SIM cards for the iPad and iPhone appears in AT&T stores staring two days ago, the SIM cards has a friendly size, and it will be also used with the new iphone. So AT&T can no no longer sim swap to other devices if the new iphone uses micro SD cards锛
My guess as to the the real reason for the use of Micro-Sim would related to the plans offered with the iPad. Specifically one of the options is for non-contract, unlimitted 3g data for only $29.95 a month. Now consider someone who is currently paying $60 for 5gb of usage with a Dataconnect plan, they could simply get a sim card for an iPad plan and have unlimitted data for half the cost. How do you think of this infor?

Guys, there is a way to use your microSIM card in every mobile phone, and not only in the Iphone! I heard there is a thing called micro sim adapter. Basically, you put your microSIM card inside it and use it in any phone. I googlesearched it and found this site that sells it: gomicrosim.com They say it costs 4.5 EUR. They also seem to offer the sticker guide to cut the regular simcard into the microsim. IMHO their price and quality is the best so far.
As far as i know the best deal for microsim adapter is at http://www.microsim2sim.com They offer a great adapter that allows you to use your microSIM with other devices as well as a microsim cutter sticker. Best offer on the market so far and to top it up they offer free delivery! Order another set as a present for my brother.
Do you know if these adapters add ‘thickness’ to the end result? I have an HTC Tilt-2 phone which requires you to slide the SIM under a very tight ‘strap’ that holds the card in place. I am concerned that an adapter may not fit under this. Would like to switch between iPhone 4 and this phone.
