Lock at&t quickfire with password
If you have the AT&T quickfire , and you don’t hope your phone will be used by others I, then got Set the Security Code for the your Quickfire phone. Below is the basic steps tell you how to lock your at&t quickfire with password. AT&T Quickfire info
1) From the standby screen, tap Menu.
2) Tap Settings.
3锛塗ap Security.
4锛塖croll to and select Change Phone Password.
5锛塃nter the current phone password, then press OK.
NOTE: Default is 00000000 (8 zeros).
6锛塃nter the desired phone password, then press OK.
NOTE: Minimum 4 numbers.
7锛塕e-enter the new phone password, then press OK.
A confirmation screen will be displayed.
Note:
IMPORTANT: If the incorrect lock code is entered more than 3 times the phone will display “ENTER PUK”. If this message is displayed, contact customer care.
AT&T cannot provide active passwords.
The device security code is different from the SIM lock Code. It is resident to the device and does not affect the SIM card.
If a password is forgotten, perform a master reset to restore the device to original factory specifications.
