   I have gone all over this website, and I cannot find the actual link to download, Do I have to assess this website throught my phone? I am having problems with my phone this is the second one in 45 days of owning this device, and I need to transfer my pix from my old phone to the computer and i already purchased the USB cable. However, when I plugged it in it said “Please insert the CD that the device came with”, however it does not come with this phone and I cannot find it anywhere at all please help me.

    So this isn’t where you go to get the actual software. This is just where you go to get the information about it? I clicked download links and it opened a word file. Certainly not any sync software.
