This didn’t work for me. I answered all the questions the same way and the customer service representative explained to me that I was not eligible for the unlock code and that he could not explain why do to security issues. I don’t know how I’m ever going to get this code.

Can anybody help me out? I’ve talked with tech support and told them upfront that I had no contract as well and they refused to give it to me since I’m not under a contract. Must have tried over 5 times already.

Yes, you can actually use it with T-Mobile. I just used my friends phone to call Tech Support who has AT&T and after verifying her account, I asked if I could get the Subsidy Unlock code for my phone, not the one I was talking on and he said “Yeah, No problem just give me a couple of minutes”, then I gave him my IMEI# and in return he gave me the code.

Larry Tolbert: Let’s begin with the first one.

Larry Tolbert: What make/model is it?

    Beatrice Leach: LG CT810 Incite

Beatrice Leach: yes sir that is correct

Larry Tolbert: On the device keypad, please enter *#06# and you鈥檒l see a series of numbers display. Please reply back with those numbers.

Larry Tolbert: Let me search our database.

Larry Tolbert: Here is the unlock code. Unlock Code: 0996640375806240

Larry Tolbert: I’ll stand by for you.

Beatrice Leach: ok. just a sec

    Larry Tolbert: I’m still here.

Beatrice Leach: i accidently put the code in before removing the Sim and inserting the other carrier’s sim. Now it says insert Sim

Larry Tolbert: I’m still with you Ms. Leach.

Larry Tolbert: Okay. Please be careful to follow the instructions to avoid permanently locking the device.

Larry Tolbert: Power the device off and then insert the other carrier SIM.

Larry Tolbert: Were you able to unlock this one?

    Larry Tolbert: I’m still here.

Beatrice Leach: yes i unlocked when i first entedredd the unlock code. but the problem was that i had my old att sim in that had no service on it when i entered the unlock code. then i restarted and inserted the other carrier sim and it just said sim is missing

    Beatrice Leach: yes it is
