How to transfer music from Windows Media Player to AT&T pantech Link

Q: How to sideload / put music( including MP3, .AAC, .AAC+, and .WMA )  from Windows Media Player to AT&T pantech Link?

A: It’s easy, but please note the Windows Media Player 10, 11 and Window XP version is required. Follow the steps below:

1.Connect the USB cable to the device and the computer.
2. Select Music Player > Select.
3. Open the Sync tab in Windows Media Player™ in your
computer.
4. Select the music from the list and drag and drop to your
device.
Enjoy!

  • I’m having the same problem. I can get mp3 files to the Pantech p7000 phone, and I can play them on the phone, but it will not allow me to set them as my ringtone. :(
