How to Transfer Music from PC to AT&T Quickfire

Today one of my friends meets this problem:He is unable to Transfer Music to the AT&T Quickfire.I think he has made wrong operation.AT&T Cell phone FAQs

I find the complete and correct operations on offical website.Now i share the method with more friends,in case you’ll make the same mistake.

Transfer music Steps:

1. From the standby screen, select the Menu icon.

2.Select Settings.

3. Select Phone.

4.Select USB Connection Mode.

5.Select Music Sync.

6.Select Save.

7.Connect the Quickfire to the computer with the USB cable.

8.Close ActiveSync.

9.Open Windows Media Player on the computer.

10.Click Media Library, then highlight the desired music files to copy.

11.Right click on the music files, then select Add to Playlist.

12.Selec Sync List.

13.Select Start Sync.

    Do you install the usb driver or install the right usb driver?

    1. Before you connect the device, set your device to Mass Storage
    Mode. To do this, tap the Menu icon and select Settings >
    Phone > USB Connection Mode > Mass Storage > Save.
    2. Connect the Quickfire to your PC with a USB cable.
    3. It is ready when 鈥淔ound New Hardware USB Modem鈥 appears on
    the screen.
    4. Select 鈥淢y Computer鈥 on the PC.
    5. The phone鈥檚 memory card will be listed under 鈥淒evices with
    Removable Storage鈥 in the same location as an optical drive.
    6. File explorer will open in a new window.
    7. Drag and drop the desired files content from the PC window to the
    鈥淪torage Card鈥 window.
    8. Disconnect the device from the cable.

    I was just curious.. do you need to have a SD card? I have photos that I took on my camera without the SD card and i would like to put them on my computer, how do i go about doing this?
