How to set a ringtone for each contact on AT&T samsung solstice
You may don’t know that the AT&T samsung Solstice supports to set a ringtone for each contact , and Actually it’s not difficult, just do as the steps below:
Note: whereas audio files which are greater than 300 KB are considered Music. Therfore, you cannot set an audio file as a ringtone if it is larger than 300 KB.
To assign a Ringtone to an address book Contact follow the steps below:
- From the standby screen, press on Contacts
- Press on the desired Contact
- Press on Edit
- Scroll down then press on Ringtone
- Press on the bent arrow
, located at the top, left of Tones - Press on either Tones, Music or Recorded Audio
- Press on the desired audio file, to play it, then press on Add
- Press on Save to keep the Contact changes
Note: Ringtones are only available for Contact entries stored in the handset’s memory, not on the SIM card
