  • on samsung ipression
there are 4 groups by default:
Colleague, Family, Friends and School. Or you
can put a contact in No Group. You can also
configure a ring tone for a group so that the
group ring tone sounds when a call from a
specific contact address within that group is
received and there is no ring tone configured

  • i have the same problem too. but seems like the only way it will be and can be a ringtone is the file is 20 secs/300kb, whether you download it or bluetooth it from someone. well that’s how it worked for me. damn this LG Xenon is so damn annoying. but it’s still good besides that.

    Comment by Kathy — December 28, 2009

  • Put it on your memory card if you have one. The file must be in .mp3 format,
and UNDER 300kb to be on the safe side.

  • I have the Lg Xenon and I don’t have internet on my phone, but I still want to record a song, and put it as my ringtone. The only options there are are….detele, send via, or rename, there is no use as. its an amr file, is there any way to change it to mp3??? Its really annoying I refuse to buy internet, and then pay four dollars for a ringtone. I noticed AT&T isn’t responding to other people with the same problem? Is it possible, or should I stop trying?
