I just bought  the lg xenon from AT&T last week, but today I find one irritating  problem with my lg xenon phone.Which I can’t  add favorite contacts.  When I go into my address book and click on the star to add favorites nothing happens. I don’t want to bring it back becasue i’m afraid something worse is going to happen with another one that I would get. Any one else having this problem? I really like the phone, just wished it worked like its suppose too. AT&T cell phone Questions&Answers

Reference answers:  In order to assign pictures and or ring tones to Favorites the contacts must be on the Phone no just the SIM.  All Favorites refer to the Phone and not the SIM card for their information.  Make sure your device is set to read from the phone as follows:

1. Press the Contacts icon (second from left at bottom of idle screen, looks like a little Rolodex).
2. Press the Options icon located at the top right corner of the screen.  (looks like a square with lines in it).
3. Select  ”View Settings”. AT&T Lg Xenon info
4. Select Phone Only - make sure there is a check mark next to this option.

NOTE: If you select “Phone & SIM Card” option you will probably see duplicate contacts displayed on your phone since the phone is now reading from the phone and SIM card!
