Q:Start>Settings>Personal>Sounds & Notifications>Notifications>open the Events: drop down and look for
Messaging: New text message. Tap on it and open the Ring type: drop down. Assign the sound. To add more
sounds they must be .wav format and reside in the \Windows| root folder.
