It’s not official now, but I’m glad to tell you that It is reported AT&T will begin to resell the satellite enabled phones and service from TerreStar in next future months. Which is indeed a good news for customers who are in the middle of nowhere and want to get a satellite phone. It is said this service will be allowed to offer in remote rural locations. The TerreStar phone will come with a backberry form, offer a dual-band WCDMA, WCDMA HSDPA 2.2 and Quad-band GSM/EGPRS (850, 900, 1800 and 1900). In addtion, this hanset will work with Windows Mobile Professional 6. It is said all will be true soon after TerreStar plans to launch a satellite on July 1.
