AT&T Samsung Jack Bluetooth Problem Fixing
About聽 two weeks after obtaining the samsung Jack form AT&T, and after installing a few app’s, I find a problem on Samsung聽 Jack’s bluetooth, which is when I’m trying every combination of system sound volume on the vibrate and silent profiles still did not result in any sound through my car’s bluetooth handsfree calling system (Nissan).
The device pairs and recognizes everything fine (the car even shows the phone’s signal strength and battery life as well as incoming call alerts, etc.), but when I try and make/receive a call I get no sound from the car’s system (even though it mutes the music) and no sound from my phone. Is there any other users has the same problem with me, Or it is just for my jack phone, how do you fix the problem? Thanks in advance!

YES!!! I have the same problem, just picked up a Jack, same exact thing. My Black Jack II worked perfectly, and now this, keep me posted if you find a solution!

I found the solution to this problem at this link, reproduced below.
Are you having Bluetooth problems with your new Jack ? When you make a call does the sound come through the phone instead of your Bluetooth headset ? Thats the problem i had until i stumbled across this. If you go into Profiles, Normal, Menu, Edit, scroll down to System Sound Volume. Is it set at 0 ? Change it to anything other than 0, then turn the phone off then back on. Try a call with your Bluetooth headset and it should work through the headset. My Jack has worked perfect since i changed that setting. Hope this helps, drove me nuts.
