I am having a huge problem with the impression. Everyrime I turn it on it just restarts out of no where every 2 minutes. What is going on??????

You probably have some sort of water damage and need to take it in to a shop that repairs water damaged phones.

  • HELP! I am trying to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer. PC Studio is asking for a password and I don’t know what that is and can’t get any help from my tutorial because Internet explorer is not working from my computer. I am having to use Safari as my internet browser. I know this cannot be this complicated. Please help.

  • I have a Samsung Impression. I currently can not do anything on the touchscreen. The no event notation is on there, but I cannot access dialing out, contacts or menu. It will not move any icon on the phone. I can call the phone, I get a ring tone, but I can not answer it. I have taken the battery out and left it out for an hour, pull the SIM card and left it out and still no luck. Let me know what else I can do. cms

  • Not sure why everyone here is having such a hard time with this phone. I just followed the link above which takes you to Samsung’s website. Clicked on “I Own This” which takes you to the downloads. Click on “Get downloads” and selected “Software” when that page comes up and then select the download icon to the right. Save it to my harddrive, 165MB takes a little bit to download. and then installed the software when it was done. It installed the New PC Studio. My phone came with the cable to connect the phone to the USB but before doing so, I had to go into MENU, SETTINGS, CONNECTIVITY,SELECT USB MODE, and select Samsung PC Studio and then hit save. After doing this you can then connect the cable to your phone and then computer. The phone connected to the computer without and difficulties and if you watch the tutorial that comes up when you start the studio for the first time, transferring files is easy.

  • I CAN USE SOME HELP …IF ANY ONE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM… bought phone a couple of month ago, and every thing worked great!! until sudently screen started to go black a couple of times for 6 or 7 sec.. thats not the main problem…IT JUST KEEPS GOING NUTS AND CALLING (automatically) THE LAST NUMBER DAILED..and It wont STOP.. it seems to be a software problem.. the only way I can control it is sliding the qwerty out ..this way it stops and settles down. I dont know why it started doing this, now each time I unlock the phone I have to slide the qwerty out for a normal use. Cant really take it back to the store and change it, Im in Argentina.. and the phone doesnt exist here … so no one wants to touch it!! Is there an app for troubleshooting.. or re-programing the phone.. Im sure its a software disconfiguration problem..thanks.
