There are too many rumors as for the release date for  Samsung Galaxy S II Android 4.0 ICS update, after so long times’s delay, now the Android 4.0 update is finally coming to Galaxy S II.  Yesterday, Samsung said the Galaxy S II Android 4.0 upgrade will officially be officially launched on  March 13  in its official Twitter and Facebook, today the Galaxy S II Android 4.0 upgrade has been release in Poland, Hungary, Sweden, and Korea, and the update will arrive in more countries  in the next few days.  It is learned that the international version of galaxy s ii will get the ICS update at the end of this month. In addtion to bring Android4.0, the update also be added with the latest version of the TouchWiz interface, face recognition, Beam and sharing.

Samsung said that the,  Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II LTE  carried by US  also receive Android 4.0 update later, Although the news did not mention when the update will be availbale in US,  but for many AT&T galaxy s ii users waiting to upgrade its devie, this is still a good news.

Samsung also announced that the old version of Android smartphones can be upgraded to the Android 2.3 version, including Galaxy Tab 7.0, Galaxy S, Galaxy W.
