Late last year, AT & T has released the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket I727 phone, its 4.5 inches screen left a deep impression to us. Earlier this February, Samsung announced it will launch an upgraded version of Galaxy S II Skyrocket models – the Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD I757 for AT & T again.
The upcoming at&t android phones -Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD is equiped with a larger 4.65-inch Super AMOLED high-definition touch screen, its resolution is a staggering 1280 × 720 pixels. In addtion, the handset inherited the Galaxy S II Skyrocket‘s configuration, using the dual-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, and supports up to 32GB of extended storage, also it has a 2 million pixels front camera and a 8.0 Mp main camera with auto focus. The Skyrocket HD i757 will run he Android 2.3 operating system, and it is expected to be equipped with the brand new Android 4.0 when it is officially available for sale. The handset will also support AT & T’s 4G LTE network.
Although the new AT&T 4G smartphones – Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD makes us feeling of a little new wine in old bottles, it no doubts that the larger screen provide consumers with more choices.
As for the release date and price on the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD, there is no clear information so far. It is expected that the handset will be released until after April of this year, maybe on June or August.
