I have downloaded two times, after installation the program encountered a program and quits.
I have tried the link, and it takes me to the Samsung site, but the link that says “download” there only opens up a description and I’m unable to download anything…
How are you supposed to download from the site you have linked to? It does not give you a download option.

I follow links to Samsung site looking for PC Studio, and only get shown the manual.
Tried to register the phone with them to see if that was the problem – they refuse to recognize any of the numbers on the stickers inside the phone.
Their website is slow, baulky and an object lesson in how not to design websites.
What an unmitigated fiasco. Last time I use a Samsung product (the phone itself is not well designed from an ergonomic standpoint either).
