I downloaded both the USB driver and the PC Studio program, but my computer will still NOT connect to my A177.
What did I do wrong?

I have the same problem as Lori, I installed the USB modem drivers and then PC Studio. It sees the phone but it says that the Samsung USB modem is in use by another program. I don’t have any other software trying to address the phone. Any ideas?
The USB modem drivers is used to connect your PC with internet via your phones, it’s nt the usb driver
ok so i bought a data cable for my phone but it wont connect to my computer..i want to transfer my mp3 to my phone..can i do it?? how??
