AT&T Quickfire Vs AT&T Samsung Eternity
Whick is better ,the AT&T Quickfire Vs AT&T Samsung Eternity? If you ask me,i’ll choose the聽 AT&T Samsung Eternity.I have my own reasons, for the Samsung Eternity is much better than the AT&T Quickfire, even though it is expensive than the quickfire phone, while it’s worthy.
Main improvements of the Eternity over Quickfire:
- Haptic feedback (screen vibrates when touched, very nice for tactile feel)
- Faster processing speed/more responsive screen ( I felt like I had to often touch the Quickfire’s buttons 3 or 4 times before it would respond)
- More compact and fits easier in my hand
- The interface of the Eternity is a little more intuitive to me, although it needs better widgets
- Sleeker, more professional looking if you care about that sort of thing
Plus, though both of the phones equiped with a full keyboard, but i think the Eternity’s virtual keyboard a real pleasure to type on.As well as the camera is also better on Eternity. But I’m not really interested in the multimedia aspects of these phones. I wanted the Eternity to function as an almost business-worthy device, albeit one with the dumbphone $15 data plan. With all the third party java apps like gmail, gmaps, etc, I’m mostly satisfied with the business functionality of it so far

I have the eternity and have many friends that have the Quickfire. I have had the Eternity for more than a week and I love it!! I have used the Quickfire and I’m not pleased. I always carry my cell phone in my pocket which isn’t a problem having a slim phone like the Eternity. The Quickfire though is very thick and won’t be as easy. The camera on the Quickfire is 1.3mp while the Eternity has a 3mp. Also on the Eternity you can put many effects on your pictures by addict clip art, fun frames, text, and even other picures. The eternity also has some pretty cool already downloaded apps like dice tumbler. When you shake the phone the dice move. The Quickfire’s touch screen is really bad and is a pain to use definately when scrolling. The eternity has a very responsive touchscreen with habticfeedback letting you know you pressed a button. In the begginning it may be hard to scroll, but it’s very easy to get used to and you can even use the volume toggle keys to scroll instead. The Quickfire does have a good keyboard making it a good texting and email phone. I am a big texter and I really like the virtual keyboard on the eternity. The keys are very large and easy to use. You can turn the phone sideways and Type in a full QWERTY mode. I havn’t used internet, but I’ve heard its good for the eternity, but I’m not sure about with the Quickfire.
Final Line: I believe the Samsung Eternity is a better choice and for only $50 more it is a much better option. I hope I helped. =]
the quickfire is a lot better in many ways the eternity thing is horrible and there is so much more to do on the quickfire
