I have an at&t quickfire. When I went to “Settings” on my phone, I then went to “Bluetooth” then onto “Supported Services” and it shows that nothing is supported. How do I fix this?

soo my sister had the quickfire phone she got a new phone so she turned the quickfire off its been three months since she last used it, my original phone broke so she gave me her quickfire, problem is she doesnt remember her password…

Do you mean the device security code or the the SIM lock Code? If a device security password is forgotten, perform a master reset to restore the device to original factory specifications.

My touchscreen is very faulty! It never works, so I am never able to use the phone! Sometimes if I turn it off ten times in a row it will work for five minutes then it wont work again.

okay so i got the qiuckfire and i tried to txt someone and it said memory full. delete files or pic messages from phone memory how do i find it so i can delete them.????

Hello my sister bought the at&t quickfire phone she liked it but after a few months the sms text messageing thing started saying (when she recived a messge) that the number is unknown? I wanted to try a master rest but it asks for a code and i have tryed all sorts of codes none of them work please help thanks
I was screwing around on my phone and it asked to allow pin code request. It asked for my pin code 1 and pin code 2. Then it asked for PUK code and I didn’t know what my PUK code was. I tried what i thought was my PUK code 10 times and then it said PIN LOCK PERMANAENT so what does that mean. Now, all i can make is emergency calls and it says INVALID SIM. What can i do to fix this.

my quickfire is saying invalid sim because i enterd the ronge puk1 code after that it said perminitly locked how do i get my phone to work i can only make energancy calls now
IMPORTANT: If the incorrect lock code is entered more than 3 times the phone will display “ENTER PUK”. If this message is displayed, contact customer care.
* AT&T cannot provide active passwords.
* The device security code is different from the SIM lock Code. It is resident to the device and does not affect the SIM card.

Well two days ago my quickfire got wet and the screen went out!! i cant txt when i have no sunlight because i hold my phone up in the sunlight and it shows the screen… i was wondering what the at&t number is for problems with the quickfire??

I just got the quickfire. I was told that I could use the memory card from my old cell phone. I can’t get to the information on the memory card. Everytime I can for help they think I’m talking about the sim card. How can I get the numbers and pic off the memory card (not the sim card)?

I setup my bluetooth, and in the process accidently activated some sort of security code.
I powered off my phone and when it powered back up it goes directly to “NEW PIN1 CODE”.
I enter a code and then I get “VERIFY PIN1 CODE”.
I enter again, then I am asked for a “PUK1 CODE”.
How do I “de-activate” whatever I created.
My phone is locked and I cannot even receive phone calls or text messages right now.

I just ordered a used quickfire off ebay and none of the buttons are working, everyone i press says emergency calls only.. i tried the soft reset and that didn’t work. I cant get into the menu to reset it that way, HELP!
So I just bought this Quickfire phone from a website and got in in the mail as advertised. The phone looks pretty sweet until I try to turn it on, well, err I did I suppose. There was some pics of some dudes junk all over the places. I freaked out and dropped the phone cursing it all the way to the floor. I kicked it as hard as I could and it fell down three flights of stairs, bounced off my neighbors watermelon plant and fell into an open sewer. It was just awful! So I ran back up stairs and the thing smelled bad, like you wouldn’t believe. I don’t know why but for some reason thought I could disinfect it in the microwave. Bad idea, really bad, well after just a few seconds cause I am really fast I noticed all this sparking and stuff so I took it out and watch out, if anyone else here wants to microwave phones, they can get pretty hot, I mean like blister leaving hot ya know. Anyway so I have this hot as heck phone that I am tossing around like freaking the hot potatoe game and I drop it and crack the effing screen. So I fixed that by getting my iron out and some plastic wrap and jsut melt that junk all over it. Good as new right? Well not so! The touch screen now is really hard to use and the worst part is I must have change the master reset code somewhere in the entire cluster that was going on. The phone just sits there, rings every now and then but I don’t know why, I haven’t even activated it yet on my number?? Really is the phone just mocking me? I don’t know. So I know there must be some super smart peeps out there who can help me with a list master reset code. I have tried 0000 1111 1234 and even mashing my hands all over the crappy screen screaming at my goldfish with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am stuck at home cause I accidentally put my water hose in my gas tank and now I really need to call a mechanic to come get that stuff out of there.

puk codes are not to be messed with… it will lock your sim and make it unuseable, if you accidentally find yourself there, dont keep pressing buttons.. call att immediately… as far as a master reset? the code is simply 0000… thats all. unfortunately it will not solve “unknown” jan 5 texts.. as that appears to be some kind of software issue within the phone. and if you ask att about it.. they will tell you its not a known issue
