I signed a new contract in Dec and bought a Quickfire based on the sales pitch. . thought no problem, have had a bunch of pretty basic phones before, so could live with just about anything. . . but I absolutely hate the Quickfire for a million reasons. The main is that the touch pad is lousy and if you can’t get the touch pad to respond then you have to go to the keyboard, then the screen goes blank and you miss what ever you are trying to do. Dropped calls may have nothing to do with the phone itself but there are certainly enough other reasons to dislike the thing.
