The AT&T Quickfire customers Reviews:
1.The AT&T quickfire has cool surface, but its functions is really not perfect. It doosn’t supports window mobile only is Qualcomm-REX,which is disappointing. On other hands, the at&t quickfire just offers a 1.3 MP camera, which makes it look so tatty and is out of keeping with its excellent聽 surface.
2.The quickfire texting is quite nice, though I have yet to find out how to text in t9 while the phone is in portrait mode.
3.Its got a nice touch screen and full keyboard. i dont recommend it if you take alot of pictures and download them to your computer because the camera is only 1.3 mp and the phone doesnt come with a USB cable. but overall its a pretty good device for what you pay.
4.I got this phone yesterday, the day it came out in Arkansas! I’m all ready a pro at using it.. however a few things can be tricking like how to set the profile to vibrate or silent. The only complaints i have is no drawing pad and the emergency button comes up right after you turn it onand it is locked, im afraid ill push it by accident.
5.The battery seems to need to be charged every day.
6.This phone is awsome, i switched from an iphone to this phone and its amazing. The touchscreen sensitivty is pretty legit, almost as sensitive as the iphone. The phone is not complicated and perfect for tech savy people who like to keep it simple.
7.I got this fone 2 dayz ago and i am asbolutely in luv wif it ! it slides up so easily and the key pad works very well if u r lukin to get a nu fone get dis one!! trust me:)
8.I really like this phone. It rox! it is really pretty, but it has a touch screen. the touch screen is cool and every thing, but it is rather diffuicullt 2 navigate. txting is impossible cuz the keys are so so tiny oh my gosh its like they aren’t really there but. but but but this phone is gorgeous. so if you want a phone for looks and never to use, this is it!!!! don’t laugh, that is why I got it!
Overall, the AT&T Quickfire performance is not very perfect, but it comes with special surface,so it is a mid-range phone聽 at best.

I like the texting and the QWERTY keyboard, but the real downfall with this is the Touchscreen. On many occassions I will go to select a function and the phone will perform a function that my finger was no where near. (From the landscape view, press “messaging” and it opens “IM” mode nearly half the time.) Also many times the phone just flat out doesn’t respond when I select a function. When this happens, no matter what or where I touch on the screen it’s pretty much frozen. I have to basically “reset” to the main menu by pressing the END button and start over. I’m probably going to return this and possibly consider the Pantech Matrix. I really don’t want a smartphone as I don’t want to pay for a data plan. I just want a phone with a qwerty keyboard for texting, nothing more…
Overall, This is a great looking phone and a great looking interface. I just wish the touchscreen was more responsive more consistently. This touchscreen has a ways to go before it’s anywhere near the iPhone in responsiveness.
I just got the phone yesterday, I made the switch from the iphone. I have several complaints about the phone, The programing is BOARING! When you put the phone on silent it is not really on silent it still makes a beeping noise if you miss a call or text message that I guess you can not turn off and I cant have that at work, they key board is small, the battery sucks, and the phone is slow and always locking up also the touch screen is horrible. Guess I should have stuck to the iphone
My roommate bought the Quickfire the day it came out at a local AT&T store and was assured the USB cable would be in within a week. As of today, Dec 3, 2008 there is still no cable to be had for the phone and when we talked with the mangager about it, he was all but professional in his wording of us being idiots for taking a phone without the cable being in. When our contracts are up we are done with AT&T as he bought another phone and the speaker went out within 3 weeks and we had hell getting it exchanged with them. DON’T BUY AT&T.
This phone is great, definetly a lot less expesive then an I Phone, who needs porgrams on a phone to keep them entertained constantly but kids. It’s great for IM’ing and texting, it takes decent pics. What more do you want from a hundred dollar phone? Quit whinning!
Also you can get the usb cable at the below site…enjoy!http://www.wirelessground.com/knickoemusb.html
I got the quickfire, when it first hit the store…I have enjoyed it, until a couple of days ago…..it cut off on me at least 4-5 times that day…..and it still cutting off…..I don’t be on the phone….I was wait for a phone call I went to check the phone and it was off….that was going on all day….today, I was on the phone and it just cut off and came ack on while I was talking……unbelieveable
i am getting this phone for x-mas just remember if you wanted a good qwerty keyboard for 100 dollars that not happening so quit whining and get a sidekick.

Buy this phone it is amazing!!!!!
The quickfire was a great phone when i first got it. After about a week it sucked. It is the gayest i have ever fucking had in my life. You click something and it does the complete oposite. I would never recomend it… By the way it is being recalled because of how bad it sucks!!!! So dont get it! Get the LgVu it great , i love the lgvu. Since the quickfire is recalled you could choose a phone out of three phones to get for free, so choose the Lg Vu.
