If i have a sound clip saved on my computer that i would like to set as a customized / personalized text alert, how do i make this happen? i downloaded a tone to my phone that i wanted to use but it didn’t save in the alert section of the audio file, nor the ringtone section either- it’s just rogue under the audio file and i can’t do anything with it—Help!!!
Ok, my Pantech Reveal just shut off and when it came back on, the screen went completely white. I took out the battery and everything, but when I put it all back in, it’s still just a white screen. I bought the phone just a week ago brand new so any clue as to what is going on?
I just got a pantech reveal and I can not figure out how to change the alert tone for the text message. It wants to set the alert tone to a ringtone instead of a text alert. Can anyone help?

My Pantech Reveal won’t hold a charge for more than a day. I make 1-2 calls per day 5 min. or less for each and send 1-2 texts per week. Some days I don’t use the phone at all. I charge it at night. Take it with me at 7 am and by 5 pm it has lost 2 bars of power and is on its last leg. I also have dropped calls and poor listening reception. All this after a switch from Centennial to AT&T. Iam disappointed. I hated Centennials customer service and prices, but at least I had a phone that worked. Now I am tied to an electrical outlet and can’t talk for more than 20 minutes without a dead battery.
I just got the Pantech Reveal about four days ago. Why does it fail to send texts so frequently? When it shows that I have reception on the screen, it can fail to send at times as well. Why is it like this? It makes it very frustrating to send texts or even call because that only works on occasion as well. Even with reception, it makes texting and calling almost impossible.

My pantech reveal will fail to send txts and it will freeze up constantly. And it started about a week after i got it brand new.
i wanted to assign specific ringtones to callers…. anyone know how to do that?
i found a post where someone said that i can do that on this phone… but the contact has to be saved to the phone… not just the sim card.

Heres the thing about the display turning white: its a Pantech glitch, bad display program and you have to replace the phone or it will never work right. Talked to ATT they said that. The displays are bad in them and they need to be replaced. As for setting ringtones to contacts you save the contacts to the phone off your sim and then you can edit them with pics and tones. Then for messaging go into menu settings profiles and under vibrate and ring hit edit and youcan reset the messaging tones.
i can put a sond as my ringtone but i cant seem to be able to use them as a text tone and i cant change my text tone in gerneral. Is there anyway i can change my text tone at all?
I hate this phone! I have not had it more then one day and it is already messing up! A lil advice y’all DO NOT get this phone. If you already have it get rid of it!
Lauren… to change your text tone, go to Settings > Profiles > Vibrate and Ring > Edit > Message Sound. There’s where you can choose the sound your phone makes when you get a text, kinda obscure but it works! =]

i have a pantech reveal and there is a way to edit the words you add to the dictionary. i some how came across it one day no idea how i found it. but now that i want it. i cant find it. ive looked through everything. even the manual. all i remember is MY WORDS. anyone no where to find it?
I just got a pantech reveal and I installed my sim card in the back and then installed the battery. When I turn it on and then go to the address book, none of my contacts are listed. Isn’t this info saved on the SIM card? and shouldn’t it appear when the phone is on??? Is there some trick to getting the info from the SIM card to the phone?

How do I delete the AT&T contacts in my contact list? when I select one of them and press options, it won’t let me edit or delete them.
How do u zoom with the camera with the pantech reveal
when you are taking a photo with pantech reveal, at the right side and at the end of the pizture, you’ll see a black icon for turning up and down, press it, then the pictures will range from x1 to x4

i dont have a usb cable, but i do have a micro sd card. how would i get music and stuff from the micro sd to the phone? there is nothing about it in the users guide please help!

My pantech turns off when I don’t turn it off. I can’t figure out why. I replaced the battery. it turns off for no reason: sometimes when it is in my pocket, sometimes, in my purse, other times it stays on. Could I have damaged it when I used a car phone charger that was not an at and t product?

I just got the Pantech Reveal and am having a hard time creating a personal ringtone for certain contacts. I did copy the contcacts to my phone but still can’t create a ringtone. Can someone coach me through the steps on how to do this????? Please.
When we go to compose a text message the phone indicates memory full – we’ve deleted all messages and when we check the memory status through the menu it indicates considerable memory available – but we’re still getting the memory full message when we try and compose a text message – what can we do?

My Pantech Pursiut will not let me change my ringtone it keeps saying setting not allowed. Does anybody know why or how to fix it?
