“The Breeze” ??? That’s a misnomer! It’s a good phone in all the basic respects, as any phone should be at this point in history. It is 2009 and this phone ought to be able to do the little extra that I want. All I want is to load into my Breeze just 1 photo of my husband, and 1 sentimental little music sample to associate with when he calls. I have read the entire manual word for word, parts of it many more times, made 3 trips to the ATT store, called ATT customer service 2x, and spent about 1 hour online searching forums trying to figure out how to copy a photo and the audio clip off my PC onto my Pantech Breeze. I’ve been sold a cable by ATT to connect my Breeze to the computer - computer didnt recognize it; I’ve been told to text myself the photo - that didnt work; I’ve been told to get a software upgrade on Pantech’s website - can’t find a software upgrade on Pantech’s or ATT’s website. All of this has been fruitless. I even tried to buy a totally different phone at the ATT store tonight that wouldnt be such a problem, but they said even another low end cell phone would be $250 because I have to pay full retail price since it’s been over 30 days since I bought this phone and simultaneously renewed my TWO YEAR contract with ATT so it looks like I’m married to the Breeze. For the cost of this “Breeze” and a replacement phone at such a rate, I ought to have the Ferari equivalent of a cell phone. Instead, I feel like I was “married” under duress to this “Breeze.” I would seek annulment of the marriage PLUS alimony from ATT AND PANTECH if I could! I’m frustrated beyond words. It should not be this hard.
