AT&T Nokia E71x GPS Restrictions Issues
I find some AT&T聽 nokia E71x users recently say there are GPS restrictions on their phone. And they ask wheter they can install the Nokia maps on the E71x phone, as they think nokia maps is good, and they can use them even if聽 they do not have wifi access. Anyboday know in particular if someone with an E71x could test Nokia Maps GPS compatibility?聽 Or聽 there is not really a restriction on the gps at all?聽 AT&T cell phone Questions&Answers

I’ve been using Nokia Ovi Maps 3.0 on my E71x for three weeks and have had no issues. Though the GPS is sometimes iffy indoors, it is quite responsive and very accurate out doors. While driving the program accurately tracks my location.
I have not used the Maps to navigate to a location yet though it’s supposed to be possible.
