please tell me how to get the cd for the use of my usb cord it does nothing now i do not have the internet at home only on my phone thank you so much for your help
If you do not have the internet at home , there is no need to get the CD
how could i downlod a usb chord supperter cause it seems that my usb chord did not detect to the computer !

There is a data cable and cd available from amazon for under 5 dollars and it has the usb modem drivers on the cd. The problem I have found is that it does not read the extra memory card when it is in the phone. So I still have to take the microSD card out to load files to and from.
I’m using XP. The LG PC Suite II detects the Xenon (GR500) but none of the other applications (Sync, Backup, Contents, Contacts or Messages) detect the device. Has anyone been succesful in having these applications work in XP?

I need some help on how to retrieve the names & numbers from the phone into my computer. This may sound quite stupid but my local at&t dealer tels me that they can’t help me. I have tried a lot of sites and nothing.
Need help in extracting pictures from LG Xenon. Touch screen is broken; need to send phone back. How do I get pictures out without the use of the screen commands? Any recommendations?

that is happening to me too, it only recognizes my phone as a music sync player
Connect it with PC via usb cable and PC Suite
okay I fixed it so the little icons are clickable but it won’t show my contents is says,
“Failed to connect to the mobile handset, Please check the COM port and connect in idle screen. Due to the multifunction, despite idle screen, it can be failed to connect.” i press okay then another pop-up comes is says,
“Disconnected from phone.”
Can anyone help?
