The gPhone 2.0 theme for AT&T lg vu phone will be released soon, which is a new version ‘gPhone 2.0′ is a major update to gPhone that was released in February, 2009. There are 4 zip files that contain the program files, 3 are for new installations based on the phone model, and the 4th is to update an existing gPhone theme folder. The update can be used for all phone models. It does not contain the config.xml or menu.xml files. It incudes following new features: AT&T LG Vu info

1. The Voice icon now works on the CU920. The Rogers Mall, My 5, and the Music icons now work on the TU915.
2. Four (4) page selection buttons have been added to the bottom of the screen below the Dial/Contacts/Messaging/Music icons. Press the page button to go directly to the desired page without having to scroll through the screens. Scrolling from page-to-page is still available and has been improved. The scroll bars on the side can  still be displayed instead of the page selection buttons on the bottom via an entry in the config.xml configuration file.
3. Normally, the SMS icon at the bottom of the screen takes you to the Messaging screen. If, however, you include the ‘Messaging’ icon as one of the icons setup in the menu.xml file, the SMS icon at the bottom of the screen will take you to the ‘New Message’ screen instead of ‘Messaging’ screen.
4. The Voice icon has been fixed for the CU920 phone.
5. Various cosmetic changes have been done to the screens & icons to improve the readability and responsiveness.
6. An ‘autoDim’ feature lets you automatically dim the screen after a specified number of minutes.
7. Extensive tuning has been done to the scrolling feature to make scrolling   faster and smoother. Many parts of the internal structure of the program have been reworked to improve the the screen handling and readability. It is now over 2000 lines of code.
8. A ‘gPhone’ configuration icon has been added. Pressing it displays a configuration screen where you can change most of the settings in the config.xml configuration file. The changes take place immediately without reloading the gPhone theme.
9. The ‘Display Wallpaper’ icon has been moved to the ‘gPhone’ configuration screen. You can display the wallpaper images that are available and now select the image to be assigned as the default background image number, the cycle start image and the cycle end image.
10. You can change the icon layout from within gPhone by selecting the icon to be displayed from a scrolling bar of available icons and placing it on the screen at the desired location. Icons on the screen can be moved around and deleted. The same icon can be displayed on more than one page.
11. The Reset button will reload the menu.xml file only if you have not made changes to the screen. If you have made changes, it will not be reloaded before gPhone is reinitialized.
11. The Messaging, Music, Voice, gPhone Configuration and gPhone Layout icons have been added, fixed or improved. If you are doing an update, you will need to edit the menu.xml file on your phone to use them. They are included in the new gPhone files.

Note：
Changes to the screen layout or settings are NOT saved to the config.xml or menu.xml files. You will have to edit these files with a text editor to make your changes permanent. The changes are lost if you select another theme, reset your phone or turn it off.
