Instructions: Download  the files to your PC, then install the setup file, run the program, click on the tab Customer Support, pick Application, Manual and USB Driver Download, afterwards, you will be requested to input your phone’s IMEI, Model and S/N.

  • I plugged the USB cable to my PC and my TE365 started beeping constantly. Is it because I don’t have TE365 driver installed on my PC? BTW the download link is not working. Appreciate your help.

  • Yeah, well uhh the link only works if you’re a Premium member meaning you have to PAY for it. That’s kind of.. Well.. BULLSHIT. I’m not paying just for something like that. I just want to put some ringtones on my phone, why is this so fucking complicated? <|3

  • Was able to download using the free process, but when you select ATT, it doesn’t offer the model per this webpage.

  • Its a virus, lol.
    My Norton antivirus went crazy,
    and also, the program asks for your IMEI and serial number?
    unecessary for driver downloading, and VERY sketchy.
