That is all nice and dandy, but what if the uninstaller on the mobile says “can not uninstall the program”. What then? There are bits and pieces of the program left all over the phone. We all know the LG Insite’s so called “search” function is a joke. It can not find any thing the program parts are all there right on the screen but the search says “what? i don’t see any thing!!”. And there is no way to delete them on the screen. If the search could at least find the stuff and let me delete them one by one that would be nice but no way. The “uninstalled” program is still working, not all that well, but enough to show that it is still there and partially functional. So where in the Mobile phone’s memory is it written on, how do I find and get rid of it. I have turned the device off and on, tried installing and reuninstalling and any other trick I could think of. I am keeping the Reset option as the last resort, but really shouldn’t the so called search be able to find a folder or a name that is right there on the list of stuff either as a file or a folder or a program? if it can’t find simple obvious files and folders that I see right there, then what good is the search function?
