There are AT&T LG Incite users says that when they receive an incoming call , their lg incite phones not showing a full screen instead of   liking  a message at the bottom of the screen and no longer shows the name or number of who is calling. When someone calls it shows up about 1/3 of the screen regardless of whether you’re  in a program or on the Today screen regardless of whether that number is in your  contacts or has their own picture or ringtone. If you have any problem, please checke Start > Settings > Sounds and Notifications and there really isn’t any option to change for incoming calls except the ringtone.
