AT&T LG eXpo custom ROM update – Windows Mobile 6.5.3 Download
If you have the lg Expo for AT&T, and you can’t wait for the official Windows Mobile 6.5 Os updates arrival, now there is a good info for you. Recently there is a custom ROM update, called Windows Mobile 6.5.3, released by XDA user Dark9781 now availbale. AT&T Lg eXpo Info
Though the update is not official, it brings some fixs and improvements based on the orignal OS, including:
- WM6.5.3 (23563, w/threaded email)
- Removed AT&T bloatware, LG Idles
- 187MB Storage/73MB Program
- Office 2010
- .NET CF 3.7 (removed/updated .NET CF 2.0)
- Added a few minor apps (tip calculator)
- Various tweaks (still needs LG Expo Tweaker though)
I have download and installed it on my Expo phone, I find it works well.

I was considering purchasing this phone. however, i would be using it asa go phone. they tell me I would not be able to access the internet without purcahsing a data package. Is there anyway to bypass this by just using the basic $50 unlimited go phone serivice?
