AT&T brings an Action against Verizon’s commercials campaign
As we known, the war between AT&T and verizon has lasted for a few days, toady AT&T is definitely sulky as Verizon is making a mockery of AT&T鈥檚 3G network. AT&T alleges that Verizon is falsely advertising the capabilities of their 3G networks and consumers get the impression that AT&T lacks any services in those areas on the maps where 3G connectivity is not available. AT&T needs to fix the network, not bring lawsuits to the competors. When AT&T merged with Cingular, the service went down, with dropped calls. This then turned to the release of the iPhone, being to much for the network. I have been with Cingular / AT&T for many years, and in the last three nothing has changed, not evern the excuse that the network is fine, it must be your phone. As an example, I just set my phone to use only the Edge network, and I have not missed a call or had a dropped call. Wow invest the money from the lawsuit into the money to upgrade the network.

I have been an At& T Customer for years as well before it was Cingular and now after it has changed back to AT&T and I love them.. My only complaint would be the prices of some of the phones, and coverage for smartphones but overall They are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE MY Cell Phone Carrier
I agree with Kevin. Cingular was much better than AT&T. They never should have merged. But I can say that I do like some of the things they’ve done, including the iPhone. I was a proud owner myself up until my cousin broke it and my uncle tried to fixed it (with many glitches).
