I went to the at&t website, but I couldn’t find this deal anywhere. How do I get it and how long is the offer good for?

I see the commercial on TV, the above link does not work and when you call AT&T they know nothing about this offer. Is it only for new customers? Would love to take advantage of this offer!

I actually took advantage of that offer an it worked just fine. Go into an AT&T store. I got two phones for the price of one and I’ve been a long time AT&T customer, so it’s definitely not just for new customers. My son bought one for me for Mother’s Day 2009 and then I saw the commercial a few days later offering the 2 for 1 deal, so I went back to the same store and they gave me another phone (for my other son). It worked out great.
