According to the latest news from Associated Press, it is reported that AT&T recevices a prosecution from an anonymous user duo to limit of the 3G speed of its iphone users. Currently the Southern District Court has announced the  result for us: AT & T needs to pay $ 850 for this  iPhone compensation users limited by 3G speed.

It is said that the consumer send AT&T to court signed the old unlimited packages, but once he found that the package is up to 1.5-2GB in a month, while the 3G speed was slashed. At the same time, this consumer  also found that the other AT & T iphones users signed  3GB packages has no speed limited problem when they package is  up to 1.5-2GB each month.

So far, AT & T has not provided objection for the court’s decision, nor any sign of   putting forward a counterclaim.
