Apple adds the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note infringing devices list
Last Friday, Apple on Friday submitted a revised indictment to the North California District Court of聽 United States, the new聽lawsuit added the聽 Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note聽 and Galaxy Note 10.1 to the infringing devices list.聽So far, the聽infringing devices increased to 21.
The previous聽聽lawsuit mainly involves design, but this聽 is different, Apple put the聽 focus on the patent of the function.
Although this lawsuit doesn’t involve聽 the appearance of the mobile phone or design, the function and technical聽 Samsung smartphone and computer tablets were alleged to have infringed apple patent. The apple function patents including integrated retrieval and聽 the analysis of the data display telephone numbers and other 8 functions.
